Commitment: The Flag like a Girl 2026 Winter League runs February 7th to March 28th, 2026. Games will take place at the Dome at Foote Field and sessions will be one (1) hour in length for a total of (7) sessions with no additional practices. Sessions will consist of 30 mins of practice and a 30 min game each week.

Investment: The fee is $275. This fee includes NFL Flag Team Reversible Jersey, Flags, Football Alberta Membership, Football Canada Membership, Accident Insurance, Liability Insurance, Quality Trained Coaches (dependent on age level), and Field Rentals.
Teams are distributed to ensure even numbers on each team (8 - 10 players/team). Players will be placed in divisions based on their school grade.
The only additional equipment needed is a good pair of runners or cleats and a water bottle.
No experience is necessary.
Divisions will focus on 5 on 5 Flag Football.
