Schedule - (7pm is the usual practice time)
April - 1 Session per Week
May/June - 1 Game, 1 Session per Week
July/August - 1 Game, 2 Sessions per Week
Sept/Oct - 1 Game, 1 Session per Week
GAMES - Games will depend upon League Schedules
Practice Sessions
Weekly 90 minute sessions will have equal components of Athletic Development, Technical Skill Development and Game Strategy. (Roughly 30 minutes focused on each)
The additional weekly sessions during July/August will focus on Athletic Development and Technical Skill Development. (Roughly 60 minutes performance training and 30 minutes Technical Skill Development

Attend X-Factor ID Camps or Winter Practices.
ID Camps: 8:00am - 9:30am at TTC4 1030 34 Ave, Nisku on Saturday, February 21st and 28th.
Winter Practices: Mondays, 8:30pm - 10:00pm at St Francis Xavier High School (Main Gym) on, February 2nd, 9th and 23rd, March 2nd, 9th and 16th
For Insurance requirements Athletes must register before attending (Cost-$40 - covers both ID Camps and Winter Practices)
